Job Description
We’re searching for an empathetic and proactive SEND Support Specialist to work within a specialist provision that caters for pupils with autism, ADHD, and communication needs. You’ll create tailored learning experiences that foster confidence and independence, working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents to deliver a joined-up approach. Every day brings a new challenge — from supporting sensory regulation to facilitating life skills and classroom engagement. This is more than a role; it’s an opportunity to make school a place of success for pupils who learn differently.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with varied SEND needs
Assist with personalised learning plans and behaviour strategies
Help deliver sensory and therapeutic interventions
Work closely with class teachers and external professionals
