Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate SEND Support Worker for a specialist school in Coventry. In this role, you'll work closely with pupils who have additional needs—providing tailored support that helps them achieve both personal and academic milestones.
Using strategies like visual aids, sensory learning, and structured routines, you'll guide students toward greater independence. Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and therapists, you’ll ensure individual learning plans are consistently enacted, creating a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
