Job Description
Join a reputable SEND school in Bromsgrove as a SEND Teacher working with two KS3 classes operating at KS1 level. You’ll bring your QTS and SEND experience, hit the ground running with strong behaviour‑management skills, and engage pupils through tailored teaching strategies that match their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach and assess two KS3 classes working at KS1 level
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons aligned with SEND needs and curriculum access
Manage behaviour positively, maintaining high expectations and a nurturing atmosphere
Collaborate with support staff, therapists and SEND leads to ensure coherent provision
Monitor and report pupil progress, adjusting support to promote attainment and development

+ Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Experience teaching pupils with SEND in education or care
Excellent behaviour‑management skills, extended patience and adaptability
Willingness to work flexibly and commit to the role long‑term
Ability to create a positive, supportive learning environment for all pupils
