Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and adaptive SEN (SEND) Teaching Assistant for a welcoming primary school in Warwickshire. You will provide essential one-to-one and small group support to pupils with additional needs, adapting resources and classroom activities to foster independence and confidence.
Your role will involve delivering literacy interventions, sensory activities, and tailored learning strategies—ensuring every child feels seen and supported. With your patience and creativity, you’ll help make a visible, daily difference in pupils’ engagement and progress.
