Job Description
We are looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a Coventry specialist school. You’ll support learners with additional needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum and achieve progress in both academic and personal development.
You’ll provide one-to-one support, lead small group activities, and help pupils regulate behaviour and emotions. By adapting resources and using strategies such as visual aids or sensory tools, you’ll help create a calm, supportive environment where every child can thrive.
