Job Description
A dedicated primary school in Kidderminster is looking for a passionate SEND Teaching Assistant who excels in building positive relationships and creating a nurturing environment. You will support pupils with special educational needs, assist teachers to tailor lessons for them, and help them access the national curriculum confidently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and small‑group support for pupils with SEND
Work with class teachers to adapt lesson materials and resources
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that develops confidence and independence
Monitor and support pupil progress and engage with interventions where needed
Enable access to the national curriculum through differentiated strategies
