Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a nurturing primary school in the Leamington area. This role is ideal for someone with classroom experience and a passion for making learning accessible and inclusive for all children.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with additional needs
Work alongside the class teacher to deliver tailored learning activities
Help pupils build confidence, manage their emotions, and access the curriculum
Contribute to a positive, safe and structured learning environment
Support the implementation of education and behaviour plans
Desired Experience
+ Qualifications
Previous classroom experience in a primary school setting
Experience working with pupils with special educational needs and disabilities
A calm, compassionate approach and strong teamwork skills
Awareness of safeguarding practices and SEND strategies
