We are looking for a proactive and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEND school in North Solihull. In this role, you will provide essential classroom support to children with special educational needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum and develop academically and socially. Your dedication and initiative will help foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment for all students.
Desired Experience

Proven experience in a classroom setting, particularly in primary or SEND schools
A background in supporting students with SEND or personal experience with SEND
A patient, understanding approach with excellent communication skills
