Job Description
A supportive and inclusive primary school in Worcester (WR) is seeking an enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to work with children requiring additional support. You’ll be helping them engage with the national curriculum, build confidence, and make progress in a caring environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to pupils with SEND
Assist class teachers in adapting lessons and resources to meet individual needs
Support access to the national curriculum through differentiated strategies
Monitor and encourage pupil progress and independence
Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment

Experience working with children in education or care settings
