Job Description
We are recruiting a Teaching Mentor to support learners with a range of SEND needs in a specialist Warwickshire provision. Your role will involve emotional coaching, academic support, and helping pupils engage in structured and creative sessions. You’ll assist with regulation strategies, communication support, and transitions throughout the day. The ideal candidate is empathetic, observant, and confident building trust. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team where every voice is valued and every small step matters.
Job Responsibilities
Support 1:1 and group learning activities.
Assist with sensory regulation and routine management.
Encourage independence and confidence-building.
Work collaboratively with teachers and therapists.
