Job Description
You’ll support pupils during lessons, group tasks, and transitions, helping them understand instructions and stay engaged. You’ll prepare simple resources, reinforce routines, and provide targeted support to pupils needing extra help. Working closely with the class teacher, you’ll contribute to a calm, organised classroom where every child feels supported and able to participate confidently.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups during lessons.
Reinforce classroom routines and behaviour expectations.
Assist with resource preparation and organisational tasks.
Provide focused support to pupils who need additional guidance.

Experience supporting primary-aged pupils.
