Job Description
Our Banbury based partnered secondary school are currently in need of an individual to take on the role of Vice Principal as soon as possible. They are looking to expand their Senior Leadership Team with a passionate and highly motivated individual, who is enthusiastic about being a strong model and inspiring the students around them.
Your responsibility throughout the day will be to ensure that the day-to-day operation of the academy is running smoothly.
If you are a naturally strong leader, with a supportive, calm and motivating demeanour then look no further, as we think this will be exactly the role you are looking for.
This will be a full time role, Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 3:30PM.
Salary will be based on previous experience.

The ideal candidate within this role will have a proven track record of improving schools, raising achievement and leading change.
You will also need to have extraordinary communication skills, and be a motivational and inspiring leader.
A Clean DBS check will also be a strict requirement for this role.
