Return and Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Milestone Education, we will gladly accept a return under the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, no refunds or returns will be accepted.
- Items must be in new, unused, unaltered condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or use will not be eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error (i.e receiving a defective or incorrectly shipped item).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once items are inspected upon return to our warehouse. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final purchase.
- Milestones Education Limited reserves the right to refuse a refund or return at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or abuse. Reselling Milestone merchandise is prohibited and constitutes abuse of this policy.
