• We confirm that the installation surface has been inspected and is suitable for adhesive vinyl floor coverings.

  
  

• We understand that all surfaces must be clean, dry, smooth and free from dust, grease, moisture and contaminants before installation.

  
  

• We acknowledge that Milestone Education Ltd cannot be held responsible for adhesion failure caused by unsuitable surfaces, poor surface preparation, environmental conditions or incorrect installation.

  
  

• If we are installing the products ourselves, we accept responsibility for ensuring they are installed in accordance with the supplied installation guidance and understand that damage caused during installation is not covered by the warranty.

  
  

• We understand that environmental factors, including temperature, humidity, moisture, direct sunlight, underfloor heating and incompatible floor finishes, may affect product performance and are outside Milestone Education Ltd's control.

  
  

• We confirm that we have carried out, or will carry out prior to installation, an appropriate site-specific risk assessment.

  
  

• We understand that the products are educational sensory resources only and are not medical, therapeutic or clinical devices.

  
  

• We accept responsibility for ensuring all users are appropriately supervised and that the products are used safely and as intended.

  
  

• We have read and understand the applicable warranty conditions, exclusions and maintenance guidance

Outdoor Circuit Acknowledgements

• We confirm that the proposed installation location and mounting surface have been assessed and are suitable for securely fixing the acrylic boards.

  
  

• We acknowledge that Milestone Education Ltd cannot accept responsibility for failure resulting from unsuitable walls, fences, structures, fixings or installation methods not carried out by Milestone Education Ltd.

  
  

• If we are installing the products ourselves, we accept responsibility for selecting appropriate fixings and installing the products safely in accordance with the supplied installation guidance.

  
  

• We understand that outdoor products are exposed to weather, UV light, moisture, temperature changes and vandalism, which may affect their appearance or lifespan.

  
  

• We agree to inspect the products and their fixings regularly and to repair, replace or remove any product that becomes damaged or unsafe.

  
  

• We understand that these products are educational resources only and are not designed for climbing, hanging from or other unintended physical use.

  
  

• We confirm that we have carried out, or will carry out prior to installation, an appropriate site-specific risk assessment.

  
  

• We accept responsibility for ensuring all users are appropriately supervised and that the products are used safely and as intended.
